Volume on different TV channels is not the same and during a commercial the modulation is up to 50% higher

My tv has a setting that levels out the amplitude so that doesn’t happen, however, it doesn’t do very well listening to a concert turning it to “blah”!

My TV’s have that setting also but it is worthless on antenna TV โ๏ธ FCC law is being broke โ๏ธ
