The internet went down this AM so

 I walked down the hill to the Oak Tree !

~drilled 4 holes with the Dremel

~cut up a pipe cleaner

~ slipped on some beads

~ glued to a base

Start with two AL cans
Cut off the tops
Make one shorter then the other
Drill holes
Drive the short one over the other 👉
Using a spice jar for a jig , then cut the ‘blades’ every ½ to ¾ inch or so
bending the ‘pitch’ of propellers , reverse ‘angle’ for opposite rotation
😎 Cool
Cut here
Bend a hanging hook
bend the ‘rotator shaft’ leaving a loop to hang a ‘counter weight’ If needed
Cut a rudder
Attach a hanging ‘swivel’
Wind Makes Things Spin
Fold & glue the rudder to the hanging shaft above the propeller axle
Add a few beads for spacers
Install spinner , add another bead , then bend over tip of shaft
Shaft is long to accommodate replacement of Propeller unit…High winds will break blades ❗️

Red. Blue, Green…. spray paint cost $12.99 so I got the ‘rust-olium’ Aluminum for 5.99

It looked kinda bland and like my ‘Aluminum Bullion’

 

so I touched it up a bit with my 30 yr old Testers Model paint 🙂
