In Minnesota we buried our water lines at 6 ft. In Tennessee it is sometimes less then a foot ❓
They were trying to save the County Water supply but a lot of heaters don’t reset after a power outage which led to more frozen pipes and dead livestock 😢
I have seen frost down 8 feet deep !!!

Brrrrr…sorry to hear that, Willy.

Times are changing, maybe not for the better in some ways. California sees fire storms every year which wasn’t that way years ago. Warm weather cropping up in the Midwest used to an anomaly but is happening more often.maybe the South and parts there of need to rethink insulation for housing and the grid its built upon.
