I pull the drapes at night and prop a 3′ by 4′ sheet of Masonite against them❗️ it will be a sorry day if the 🐱’s chew or claw my new $30 blinds 😖 I have hooks to hold the dingle balls up during the day 😸 Cat proofing a home is an art in its own 😉

You are right about that! You have the right idea about scratchers, too. One shouldn’t have pets (or children!) if things are more important than than the pets or children because both will destroy every and every thing in time!
